Superior Advantages, The Superior Walls System has been designed and tested in accordance with the requirements of the American Concete Institute standard No. 318, wihich contains the recognized National Standards for concrete, concrete products and structures. Regions that are currently using BOCA, ICBO, or SBCCI Codes are recgnizing Superior Walls ability to meet or esceed their requirements. Sealed engineered approvials are avaliable if required. The Superior Walls System is a proven technology. it has been in use since 1981 with over 22,000 installations throughout the United States. The Superior Walls system is guarenteed to be free of structural defects and water infiltration. Check with your representative for specific details.Superior Walls panels are manufactued with 5,000 psi concrete, combined wiht a top and bottom bond beam and solid concrete studs reinforced with rebar for a structural strenth ten times greater than conventional block foundations. Superior Walls panels are pre-insulated with 1" DOW styrofoam, with an R-5 Rating. Additional insulation may be added within the stud cavity to increase the R Value up to 26. Our experienced crews can install an average foundation system in about five hours. installations can be done year round, regardless of most weater conditions. Backfilling can be begin as soon as the floor is poured and the subfloor is properly attatched to the top of the wall system. The panels come to the jobsite already cured so you may proceed immediately folling installation. Superior Walls are completly custom made and manfactured to accommodate door and window oppenings. Panels are normaly formed in lengths up to 16' and standard heights of 4', 8' 2" and 10 foot, and can be cast to vitually any shape for unlimited design and flexibility.
