First off I would like to express my gratitude to all of your team especially Mark. This project could not have gone any smoother. I am thrilled with the process, product, and results. Mark has been great to work with and his attention to detail is obvious. This building really is special and the finishes for such a simple project really do make all the difference. Kudos too all of your team for helping me achieve a dream.
I did arrive Thursday and saw the electric and plumbing inspector. The same for the County inspector whom I ran into Friday. All got signed off on as I am sure you are aware. Good job…. I also looked around and really have no issues and feel good about the product. No real punch list items. How about that….. always like those jobs – rare!

Jerry Humberson and all of the staff at Humberson Homes have been a great team that planned, designed, and built our dream cabin in the woods. Jerry worked with us from the very beginning, even before we purchased our lot to help plan the layout and design that would optimize both the utility and the beauty of our cabin once it was completed. Throughout the building process, the Humberson team worked with us to make appropriate selections for features, colors, and amenities that have enhanced the appearance and warmth of the cabin.
The quality of the cabin Jerry provided is outstanding value for the money. We watched every step of the process as the cabin went up and during these visits it was easy and obvious to see the quality they put into their products. We were amazed and pleasantly surprised at the additional insulation that was put into interior walls and ceilings and can say that this cabin exceeds our family home in Columbia for quality and features. From the little extra pieces of trim that went along all of the seams to the beautiful way they “hid” the electrical wiring the end product exceeded all of our hopes and wishes.
We know you can spend a lot more money to build a home in Garrett County, but we don’t believe there is anywhere you can go and get better value. We are definitely a Humberson advocate.
